Stainless steel for strength and longevity

Our rooflights are all manufactured using a high specification Marine Grade 316L stainless steel for unmatched durability and corrosion resistance.

Finished with a quality Marine Grade powder coat, a Stella rooflight requires minimal maintenance and is ideal for coastal properties.

Our bespoke stainless steel frames are individually designed to any size or shape required and are often specified in projects that no other company can undertake.

With stainless steel offering a strong, slim profile, which sits low in the roof, and a greater glass to frame ratio than any other material, a Stella roof window will enhance both modern and traditional buildings.

FAQs
Do you offer standard conservation rooflight sizes?
Stella rooflights do not come in standard, off the shelf sizes. We only manufacture bespoke conservation rooflights, so our customers can choose the exact sizes they need to fit their individual project.
What is the smallest rooflight you can produce?
We can manufacture very narrow sized roof windows which is particularly useful for period properties where the rafters cannot be altered. We offer bespoke fixed conservation rooflights with a rafter size width as narrow as 250mm. This would provide a clear viewable width of 138mm. It is worth noting that the glass length cannot be greater than ten times that of the width.
Can you produce shaped rooflights?
Yes, we are able to produce shaped rooflights. We are commonly asked for trapezoidal shapes which are in a fixed design. Please speak to our team for further details about bespoke rooflight project.
Can your rooflights be used on a zinc roof?
Yes our rooflights are suitable for a zinc or metal roof application. Depending on the design and materials of your roof, it might be possible to use our standard flush fitting rooflight. However, for more corrugated profiles with larger undulating sections, we can produce a metal roof rooflight which sits on top of a small site built kerb. The outer frame detail of this rooflight turns downwards to allow water to run off the roof window and onto the roof.
